Murder Mystery evenings or Weekends?

:roll: Mark and I have been pondering starting a Murder Mystery weekend or Evening Mysteries here at the Inn. Any input from locals or visitors would be appreciated. I have been researching the scripts and scenarios over the last couple of weeks, and if we try this, we would want too do a rehersal a couple of times too see how they pan out. Let us know.

Yes Darci, in a sense it is much like the game clue. But we have found a great many scripts for different scenarios. We own the Veranda Inn in Eureka Springs. All the scripts involve several characters, who have been invited to a place for Dinner parties, or it evolves around a scene that plays out between strangers. Only one character is the murderer. And one person is the victim. The entire game is a slueth event that people play together.

I wish I lived closer and I'd be there in a heartbeat. We are planning on coming back for Nov DW (diversity Weekend)......if you have something that weekend, maybe we could round up some players!!!

I think that's a WONDERFUL idea! My niece and her husband went to a Murder Mystery party at a co-workers house. They had a great time. Everyone wore a costume and had a specific part to play. That was about 2 years ago and they still talk about it!

I'll be in town a week from Thursday and would love to come by for a tour and to meet you & Mark. Is that ok with you?

Sure you can come by for a look. Mark and I are usually always here. Except on the rare occasion that we have to do errands. :P

Thanks for the tour, Tracey, the place is beautiful! You should both be very proud! I can't wait to stay with you all! Sorry I didn't ever make it back over with my husband, but I sure had fun partying with you guys Thursday night. Mark, you feeling ok now? I saw Frankie on Saturday night. You guys missed me winning the Booty Competition at the Copa Saturday! It was the shoes that won, Mark! LOL

Hi Dawn, So glad we got too meet you. And next time you and your husband are in we can sit on the back Veranda and chat, sip some Magnolias or something and just enjoy the view like our Guests do...

Mark slept til 4:45 PM and I had too play nurse too him, LOL.

For me though I slept only 3 hours before jumping up and taking my friends that were in on a guided tour of the town. I called it a day at around 10 PM the that evening.

Mark says the shoes have it :mrgreen:
