Hi all! Join me in welcoming two of the newest members of the Eureka Springs community! Denise Coleman and Rita Shepler moved here from San Diego, CA and purchased the Candlestick Cottage Inn. Denise and I used to work together back in San Diego. If you have the chance, you will definitely want to make arrangements to stop by and see Denise and Rita's B&B...it's awesome! They are close to downtown, walking distance, and the grounds around their property are beautiful! They are also sponsors on this site and you can find their contact info under the Sponsors page. Denise and Rita have been captivated by the charm of this incredible place and we are lucky to have them here! :D

Welcome Denise and Rita. glad to have you aboard.....and what a great place you have. I'm sure Kel and Lee helped 'lure' you to ES....and glad they did!!!
will have to visit you when we are down for DW in Nov. already have reservations for that weekend, but will have to try your place next time.!!

Thanks Kelly for the nice welcome. We're excited to be here and a part of this awesome community. We feel very fortunate to have met so many nice new people. Everyone has made us feel very welcome. After only two weeks we already feel at home.

:oops: ok I went to the web site posted in the lodging section and it gave me a site that says Bill and Patsy Brooks...is this the right one or am I looking in the wrong spot? If this isnt right would someone give me the link.

I suspect it won't be too hard to drag us to the Copa for DW. We've been looking forward to it, especially since we were a little busy with the move and missed Pride weekend in San Diego.
Oh man, I just got a mental picture of how big our table is going to have to be for this DW! Between this board, the Town Square & the Front Porch boards, we are going to pack the place! We all better be there early! :D

Well, we finally got the keys to the house and will be moving in this weekend fully. We still plan to come to Eureka in Nov, but don't know where we will stay yet. I know time is running out, but we need money for a deposit, and need to figure how much money we will have. We will get there though, even for only one night. Well, talk to you all soon.

Hey Denise,
The trip was good, a little long, but I think that was because Carrie was sick the whole time.
The looks we got were hilarious! Have you stopped by to check it out?
You should have seen the look on Lee's face as we pulled in! Like a kid on christmas!
We are planning to go this Sunday to the movie, and enjoy this weekend, relaxing and enjoying some good bluegrass music!

I'm glad you had a good trip. Sorry to hear about Carrie. I hope she's feeling better.
I drove by the Tradewinds today and saw it. It's AWESOME!!! I'm sure you got some very interesting looks. We're going to try to stop by this week for a closer look.
We'll probably see you at the movies.
