As far as your tattoo goes.........go see Carrie at Tattooes Eureka Style!!! She's located on Center Street downtown behind Chelsea's! She's good and she's professional! She did my daughter's tat last summer and she absolutely adores it. Not only that, but she's a personal friend of mine! Seriously though.......she has been doing tatoos for many years and is very artistic and talented!

Now, as far as eccentric essentials...........seems like anything pink will do for Friday! As far as the outdoor thing.........lawn chair, cooler w/something to drink, a jacket (just in case......God forbid)........Got a boa?

not sure this qualify's as an "eccentric" essential but i am bringing some wet ones and antibacterial(waterless) handsoap for myself~ the porta potties yanno prolly dont have running water :wink: so in mho that is an eccentric essential for me.

Well Lex........I think you ARE the youngest one here! I'm just an old dinosaur (but still have some spunk left)! LOL Well, my daughter will be there and she is 20! This will be her first DW and she's really looking froward to it! She's been listening to her old mom talk about it for a year now and has seen all the pictures!

I think most of us are between our mid thirties and mid forties somewhere! But, not to fear Lex! WE are a great bunch and age just doesn't really seem to make a difference with us! I have met folks from the Eureka Springs board in their 20's and in their 60's..........IT'S ALL GOOD!!!!

And wear anything your little heart desires........sweats, jeans and a t-shirt.....skirt........prom dress!!! I think my daughter may be wearing a skirt! Whatever you want to wear will be fine!

how to get to sherwood -- from downtown when you come up the hill to hwy 62 -- go right at the stop sign. follow the street around by the high school it will curve to your left - take the curve, and then another one to the right in front of thejoy motel. go just a bit and sherwood will be on your right. listen for the laughter and noise -- we'll be in the back.

tossed green salad...She rolls it up in rolls...like pitas or something...I am not sure what kind of dressing she puts on it though....I guess it would be kind of hard to get them there in a cooler on a 12 hour drive though.

i agree -- go see carrie for tattoos. remember schedule it for AFTER all soaking in a HOT TUB. (maybe the last afternoon you are going to be there)
give her a call ahead of time and make an appointment, i'm sure she will have a busy weekend.

:D We won't know until Fri when we will be leaving. It may be 9 or 10 pm before we get there. Hopefully before, keep your fingers crossed. I guess I now qualify as mid 30's since my 33rd bday? Anyway, I don't feel 33-at least most of the time.
