Sparky went to the premier last night in LR of the Lisa Blount & Billy Bob movie Chrystal that was filmed in ES. Was fun seeing Timm and many other locals in many of the background shots. When the credits rolled at the end I think they mentioned every ES business including all the Clubs listed as our board Sponsors.

Tonight we return to watch it all over again and then it's off to the private party(yuck yuck) to meet some of the cast and crew. Timm has been busy finding interesting street urchins to drag along including a couple a drag queens we met dressed in their Darla short shorts. One is never bored when running with Timm but I sure could use a cat nap. As for the movie my favorite actor was Precious the dog. It's a great bunch of hollywood egos acting up as silly hillbillys and white trash and they do pull it off quite well. I think we all must be a little white trashy  The most exciting thing for me is watching how Timm realy gets so excited and into all of this and man can he kiss @ss!!! :D

Second night at the movies was a packed house ! There where even people sitting on the floor. GREAT MOVIE!!!

At the reception Sparky found a quiet corner near the food and watched the film makers and stars do their smoozing, a bit of spinning and a lot of networking. As a group of us huddled in the corner and chatted about our friends, dates and spouses out working the reception floor I could not stop thinking about the wonderful Meet N Greet hosted by Nick & Renate where everyone was introduced and how Darcie made sure we knew everyones name and it was one big SQUEEZE and feel good time. Still FEELING THE LOVE!

As the reception started to fizzle Destiny (the awesome drag queen beauty Timm invited) made her dramatic appearance and boy did some heads turn. Timm can sure push the envelope. HEHEHEEHEEHEEE

With Timm and Sparky on the arms of this gorgeous Queen we left the reception and dropped in on one of LR newest clubs, Easy Times. WOW what a shock to walk in and see Buddy at the piano and Mike singing show tunes. Buddy and Mike have entertained in ES at many DW and that was where I first met them. Mike opened Easy Times 10 months ago and has had a full house every night. Ladies there was some hot HOT lesbian girls hanging out here and the boys where all handsome and ever so friendly. This place had a very diverse crowd of just fun FUN people. I invited everyone to DW in ES for November and they will be staying in my room so Kel and Lee I need 200 more sets of keys please.

Reminder: this film was shot in the Ozarks in and around ES and many of our sponsors are connected with the cast and crew. I met ES Artist Eric S. and his charming Wife and it is his ART work that has a huge impact at the end of this film.
