A.K. is here to stay!!

Hey everyone,

Thought I would y'all a line and let you know how the drag show in Joplin went last Friday night. It went GREAT!!! I could really get into the crowd and they got into me. They loved A.K. West and they want him back. Joleen, we are going to have to get together with Kenny and Robbie and see when we can get together and perform. They love the King shows up there. I did 2 songs - "Who's Your Daddy? (Toby Keith) and "Grundy County Auction" (John Michael Montgomery). They loved them both. Everyone up there is so warm and freindly, it was almost like being back in ES. Thank each and every one of you that wished me luck and kept some good thoughts going for me. Renate called me on Sat. and told me that y'all were thinking of me on Friday night and I do truely appreciate it. I count myself truely blessed to have met and made friends like y'all. You all make me feel all fussy and warm inside. Maybe next time I can give y'all more of a heads up and some of you can come see me perform. I hope that all of y'all had a wonderful weekend and wish that y'all have a wonderful week.

:D Yay Alana! Fabulous job!! It is good to know that there is more than one place out there that is warm and welcoming like Eureka. How many kings were there? Were any of the queens there? Our weekend was great. We had all four of our kids for the first time in months, and they didn't drive us nuts. 29 days and counting until summer break.

90% of what you need to know or do with computers is located right in front of you. I overlook things all the time just because I am in a hurry or do not want to stop and get in the mind of the programer. If you can't see how to do something on the site, stop and just look at every little thing, the answer you are looking for might just up and slap you. I will look and something three and four time and still not see the button I need, but it is there the whole time. Do not be afraid to try things and learn to make it work. You can not break the site. Good luck to everyone.
