Ladies?? well I guess this really does not apply to me,BUT I have shaved MANY ladies and they all seem to enjoy the shave..I do admit tho that I would like to experience a "Brazilian" wax job at least once in my life

Well, it would be interesting to experience the sensation of smooooth skin -
once my screams had subsided, but BEFORE the regrowth of angry little ingrown hairs.
And Doc, you can contribute to Any topic I post. It's all about inclusion with me.

I tried wax one time and it reacted with my pretty bad. I came out looking like the my legs had been severly beaten. I stick to shaving, but I find that if there is longer hair to shave, the smoother the skin is. Just my input.

Actually, tho, when I did do hair removal, many, many, many moons ago, the best thing I ever found was from Australia---NAD?? I think. It was a natural honey mixture & worked incredibly well. Especially on the longer hair. Trying it on the upper lip is a choice for each individual, depending on their skin type---I'm full Irish & have extremely sensitive skin, so not for me, but the 'pits & legs are fine. And really smooth & silky results!!
Shaving with a NEW blade is fine.....

I also tried wax on my legs before my Sr prom (many moons ago) and not only did it hurt like the dickens but it looked like i had hickeys all over my legs. as far as dipilitories (sp) the chemicals give me a rash so i cant use them. now i stick to just using a razor and i bought one of those litte shaver things that were so populer that they show to shave eyebrows, bikini lines, etc and i like it. it doesnt take it all off but it is fine for a quick shave to make everything less noticeable.

Laser for a couple of years,
(beard,arms,underarms )
then electro since 2002
(beard,arms)
For everyday, I use a Venus shaver. It's easier to avoid nicks and cuts than when I use a man's shaver. Probably just a lack of experience on my part. :)

When I shave the ladies, I "used" a venus..but got me one of them Fusions razors, and OMG! much better than a venus! 5 blades on the fusion run much smoother than 3 on the venus!

I would probably think about this issue more often if I were not "celibate-and-not-looking", but having sensitive skin, cream depilatories are out...can't bear stubble, so don't shave. Tried one wax product I didn't care for (Sally Hanson, but don't remember what I didn't like about it), and one I loved...the Yves Rocher wax worked great for me, and didn't irritate my skin. I needed to use a huge amount of it though, but maybe that's because I was having to get rid of a full crop! One waxing lasted a really long time. Also used the post-waxing oil, which removed all traces and didn't irritate me, unlike some of their products. Haven't tried anything on the face, and am kind of afraid to, but would like to hear recommendations.
