Here's a question for allll the TG peoples around here.
Have you had facial feminization surgery (commonly known as FFS) ?
If so:
What did you have done?
Are you satisfied with the results?
If not:
Do you plan to?
What do you plan to have done.

Hi Cathy:
I have known several who have had FFS. Some did not need it in the first place, some could have used a little, and some, well, lets leave that alone.
Most of the ones I know, look like they had surgery. Some of them were expecting to look like what they see in magazines.
I guess it comes down to what their goals are. Like SRS, often it is done to correct a perceived problem, not an actual one. This is why I asked people to think about why they want FFS. Even though SRS is seen as making a person whole in their actual gender, we all know those who thought it would correct other issues, only to find they remained or are worse.
I often hear, "I want to be pretty or pass." The problem is, the results sometimes make things more pronounced than before. Being a unique woman vs. looking like the ideal image of a woman.
Cathy, your a natural, so think about it hard, before deciding to have FFS.
