Why don't we celebrate coming out day a little different since most of us are out? For those of us who are out (or those supporters) why don't we make sort of a New Years resolution that has to do with the GLBT community. Something like, I'll become more active with a local group, I'll attend the parade this year.

For me with college graduation coming up I have two resolutions. The first will be that I will not accept a job that doesn't at least have non discrimination based on sexual orientation in their policy. My second resolution is to finally be able to attend LOCAL pride events.

ABSOLUTELY! Think abt bringing some extra clothes just in case..best to dress in layers..for a short ride I would suggest 2 layers on the legs and 2 on the upper body WITH a coat (which makes 3 layers top side)..gloves or mittens..maybe a sock hat (beenie type that will cover your ears)..I know this sounds like "alot of hassel just to go for a putt" but it isnt really..I love riding when it is cool/cold...my limit in temperature tho is 15 deg F..any temp below 15deg it is kinda tuff on the fingers..and if it turns out to be a nice day, then all you have done is bring along some extra clothes..better to have them and not need them than to need them and not have them..now also keep in mind too that we will ride providing it is not raining or snowing..wanna putt down Spring Street on a Harley?! Lets do it! :)
