Can you feel it in the air? The cooler temps just beg for a charcoal grill.
Gas is okay too - :roll: - all are equal in these tired rheumy eyes of age. LOL

I think charcoal for meats and gas for veggies IMHO.

Ask Cyber or Hermit to tell you about BBQed Lettuce. Oh man is that worth the butter.

Last night it was top Sirlion on the grill. Using leftovers tonight to do steak fajitas. We love the grill and have a freezer full of meats to throw on it.

:D Right now? Old charcoal. I don't grill, and Lisa works 80-120 hrs per week with everything she's got going on. Usually, I like chicken, dogs, steak smothered in Jobo's of course!

Right now on my grill is left over drippins from the steaks we cooked up saturday...we grill ALOT here..especially in the summer time...one of our favs is what we call the vegi pak..load up all your favorite vegis in a foil pack seasond with butter and salt/pepper and anything else you like, set it on the top rack and cook on low for abt 45min..yep, we eat well over here and I can prove it to you next time y'all see me! :o
