Hello from Eureka Swiss Cafe

Hi everyone,,,

We’d like to thank everyone for all the nice comments that we’ve read on Eureka Pride about our little café (Eureka Swiss Café). We would also like to say that everyone we’ve met has been so friendly and helpful to us during our move and settling in to our home and business.
Yves and I have been doing lots of cleaning and painting in the café and getting prepared for the Feb. 9th opening. We are looking forward to our 1st Diversity Weekend in Eureka Springs and meeting all that come into Eureka Swiss Café for a bite to eat, drink, or just to say hi.

You guys met us last week while we were walking by. I am the one that acted like I was painting on the out side of the window coming up the side stairs. My wife (June Cleavage) and Daughter (BEEP) were with me. You offered to let us help paint but we were in the wrong clothing and doing our power walk. Hope all is well and we to will be coming by to visit. Welcome to the pride!

i work at a downtown hotel and would love to suggest your restaurant to our guests. what are your hours of operation? what kind of food will you be offering?

Hi Everyone,

Well, I think we’re going to make it for our opening day of Feb. 9th. At times I seriously had my doubts that we’d get everything done in time.
I’m sorry I haven’t been able to get a reply to some of your questions about our café sooner, I hope the following answers will be helpful.
I’m working on printing menus for handing out now and maybe if the computer will cooperate I might succeed.
Our current hours of operation will be. 9am – 5pm Friday thru Sunday till mid March.
Here are a few items on our menu:
Cinnamon Roll - $2.25
Sandwiches ( BBQ, Turkey, Smoked Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef) Served on our fresh homemade bun with chips - $6.25 ( local special as advertised in the Citizen –$ 4.28 and includes a drink and cinnamon roll)
Baked Potato Bar $5.25 ( local special as advertised in the Citizen –$ 4.28 and includes a drink and cinnamon roll)
We have a variety of coffees, cappuccino, latté’s & espresso’s – starting at $1.13 (Flavors for coffees are Caramel, Vanilla, Hazelnut, Cinnamon, Chocolate and Sugar Free Vanilla)
Yves is formulating/developing some cakes which will be sold by the slice and pastries which will be added to the menu soon.
We will continue to sell Ice Cream until we can switch over to Italian Ice.
We can deliver if the delivery is within a short walking distance. I’ll deliver up to the bend in Spring Street or to the Bank of Eureka Springs on Main St.
