Hi Everyone,

I may have posted this in the wrong place the 1st time, so I'll try it here the 2nd time. I'm just a little forum ignorant I guess so if I'm doing this wrong somebody please tell me..lol.
Well, I think we’re going to make it for our opening day of Feb. 9th. At times I seriously had my doubts that we’d get everything done in time.
I’m sorry I haven’t been able to get a reply to some of your questions about our café sooner, I hope the following answers will be helpful.
I’m working on printing menus for handing out now and maybe if the computer will cooperate I might succeed.
Our current hours of operation will be. 9am – 5pm Friday thru Sunday till mid March.
Here are a few items on our menu:
Cinnamon Roll - $2.25
Sandwiches ( BBQ, Turkey, Smoked Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef) Served on our fresh homemade bun with chips - $6.25 ( local special as advertised in the Citizen –$ 4.28 and includes a drink and cinnamon roll)
Baked Potato Bar $5.25 ( local special as advertised in the Citizen –$ 4.28 and includes a drink and cinnamon roll)
We have a variety of coffees, cappuccino, latté’s & espresso’s – starting at $1.13 (Flavors for coffees are Caramel, Vanilla, Hazelnut, Cinnamon, Chocolate and Sugar Free Vanilla)
Yves is formulating/developing some cakes which will be sold by the slice and pastries which will be added to the menu soon.
We will continue to sell Ice Cream until we can switch over to Italian Ice.
We can deliver if the delivery is within a short walking distance. I’ll deliver up to the bend in Spring Street or to the Bank of Eureka Springs on Main St.

As far as postin gin the right place, looks good to me..and I think you can rest assured that many of us out here realize that you guys are very busy trying to get the place in shape and ready to open, so post when you can..as for the menu, got any chili? Big ole bowel of chili on these cool days sure sound good!

OMG we ate there on friday and saturday...YUMMY!!! Everyone needs to try it out. On friday I had the Veggie Soup and it was so good!! We went on Saturday after the parade and I had the Veggie Soup again and the Potato Bar...Let me tell you that potato bar is awesome. I was stuffed. Jamie really liked the sandwich she had and the cinnamon roll also on friday we had tried the puff pastry that looks like a pig ear...it was GREAT!!! I loved the atmosphere and the guys are so friendly!! Cant wait to be up there again and stop in for more soup!!!

Never before in Eureka have Delana and I gotten a nice meal we could sit down and eat for under $10 for both of us. You've got to check these guys out. They are really friendly and the place is awesome.

We were there again over the weekend and I had to get the veggie soup and potato bar!! yummy!!! you folks that have not had the chance to try it need to. jamie had the ham and swiss on the homemade sub roll looking things (i dont know what they are really called but she loves them)
