Safety first when learning. I've always worn a helmet on a bike. Even when just a passenger. I just feel more secure and that masculine side of me thinks that the full face helmet looks cooler anyways lol.

I wear my helmet because I want to, not that I have to. I was lucky enuff in the first wreck I had, without a helmet, to be given a 2nd chance...I really do need me a full face tho.

Doc,
I figured you were safety conscious based on surviving at least 1 serious accident. When it's not too hot I wear a full face. In full Summer heat I use an open style.

I must admit, even though I don't recommend, I sometimes, especially when riding aorund Eureka Springs proper, I don't wear a helmet. If I go any fater or longer, the helmet goes on. Still, I am a bad girl.
