Work for me tonight and tomorrow night but I have Sunday off! Woo hoo! Maybe having dinner with Jim & Mike from Bartlesville that night.

Hey Denise, if you guys don't have plans already, bring Doc & Sharon out to the Run. I'll be working the section in front of the stage. I think you guys would like the band that night. They're called the Horny Toads and they play some 70's stuff and Southern Rock.

Have a safe and wonderful weekend ya'll!

I was wondering where Cathy is also!

the Friday Dance Party (FDP) will be in full swing at about 12:30 - the theme today is

Remembering the '60s

We'll be doing the Mash Potato, the Locomotion (my little baby sister can do it with ease, it's easy as a' learnin' your ABCs) and maybe the Twist. With any luck at all I'll get all twisted up together with Brian, the new guy in the Advertising Department. Hubba hubba! The boy has arms for days !!!

Margie, in keeping with the theme, brought in some Annie Green Springs, which we will immediately pour down the drain and head for the Wild Turkey.

Whom, I guess I missed it. What did I do this weekend? Friday, have dinner with friends. Saturday, go to Kanasa to help move a friends stuff to his new home in Arkansas. Then dinner, movie night, and a club stop. Sunday, NWA Pride meeting, dinner, and finally here, typing what I did this weekend. Ahh, to bed.

Joney,
Sounds like you had a great weekend. Full of friends and fun.
Sorry for being MIA Friday - I was pulled into a Microsoft Sharepoint blah blah dog and pony show. Took all day.
Here in DFW, we had a pretty lo-keyed time. Slept a lot. Rode the bike for about half an hour in the beautiful weather. Took some big fans to Jalyn's beauty shop cause the air was out. Sunday a bunch of J's family went to Babe's Chicken House.

Oh yeah - C O N G R A T S !! to Darci on the the bike! Hope you enjoyed the training course.
after riding for about 10 years total, I took a riders safety course. what an eye opener.
Can't wait to see a pic. It'd be neat to see people's bikes in the gallerary and put a bike to the face.

Denise,
Thanks for missing me! It really made my morning to read this.
I love cranberries - Is chutney a spicy or sweet tase, or what? Just curious.
This gal is coming to this Tksgvg,, Can;t wait to haunt old downtown, and West Tulsa.
Take a hazy trip down memory lane and stock up at the Emerald City on 15th.
I'll be the blonde in overalls - small green sedan with limo tint and KMOD on the dial.
Lawwwwzeeee!

OMG Cathy! I completely forgot that you grew up here and that you know all about Mezeppa! My sister has a video with all their shows on it. I think we should drag it out on Thursday and watch it.

Remember Teddy Jack Eddie and the coach? On your back, on your belly, on your back, on your belly!

I was about 4 yrs old when that show was on, but I have vivid memories of my sister and my now brother-in-law watching it on a little black and white tiny tv on our back porch. Ahh, good times! lol

Now I'm jealous. I wanted to ride this past weekend. I also feel like an old biker. Riding for over 20 years. I'll have to do some makeup this weekend, even though I ride every day. 540 is no my idea of a good ride though.

DrLewall
11-20-2007, 11:32 PM
Joney my dear, STAY OFF 540! I always use the back roads..hwy 112 is a great little back road to FYV...and on the east, 71 to Lowell then cut across to hwy 265/crossover...but I am sure you know all of this...

joneyhits
11-21-2007, 12:29 AM
Yeah, believe it or not, 540 from my house is actually safer to Lowell, because when I go to work, I miss the Wal-Mart, JB Hunt, and Tysons I have a cell phone and want to suddenly turn in to Sonic crowd more. Of course, anywhere in NWA during this time is dangerous.
