How to Post pictures on forums

To upload pictures, use Tinypic.com

A good size for posting pictures on forums is 800 x 600 or less.
If you use windoze, you can easily resize by downloading microsoft's picture resizer HERE (http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe). It's free.

After you install resizer, just right click any picture(s) and select "RESIZE PICTURES." Pictures should be resized before uploading to tinypic.com (http://www.tinypic.com/).

We can't get dsl or cable either. So we use Alltel wireless internet. Usually, its much much better than d-i-a-l-u-p, except when it drops the F#$%*!@ connection.

Assuming you're using windows, it would be a lot simpler to install the picture resizer program from microsoft, in my previous post. It's free, and not a big download at all.

After you install it, all you have to do is find the picture file you want to resize on your computer, right click it and select "Resize Picture." Extra options will display to allow you to resize the original or keep it as-is and make a resized copy of it.
