I got a new job! [Archive]

I did it! I finally got out of the bar. I am SO happy!

Starting tomorrow, I will be working at Dean's RV. I'm their new receptionist and I'll be doing secretarial stuff for the sales team.

Now for the bad news. I have to work until 5 on Saturdays, but I will have Sundays and Mondays off. My trips to Eureka will be shorter now, but it's all ok!

My daddy gave me a new clothes loan and I've been out consignment shopping. I got two new skirts, two tops and a dress and a pair of shoes for $80!

I'm so excited to be wearing nice clothes to work again instead of jeans, a tank top and sneakers that all reak of cigarette smoke when I get home. I get to be girly again!

My dad has one that kind of like that, not that nice though.

He and my stepmom are in the Good Sam club here and now that I am working there, they will have all their friends come in for parts and service. Smart move on my part, huh? LOL

Today was my first day solo. The girl I replaced is gone now. It was actually pretty slow today and I got all my stuff done early.

My new boss approached me about taking on more responsiblities at the front desk. Hope that looks good when it's time for my review!

Hey Sparky, I actually took my break in this model today. The dealership is sponsoring a campout this weekend and one of the guys is taking the demo of this one. My boss told me to go check it out and hang out in it for my break. Talk about party like a rock star! This thing it nicer than a lot of houses I've seen!
