Well congrats to you and yours. One of the more common spots in Eureka to have this would be the Crescent overlook on East Mountain, but any of our springs would be a great site as well. The rain has made them all run water and look so beautiful. As far as commitment being performed by someone, look at our sponsors section of the site. I can say that if you would like to catch this special event on video, EurekaSpringsTV (http://esartv.com) can film and put you a DVD together for $110 so long as the ceremony is not longer that 40 minutes or so.
