Here's an interlude you can appreciate.
Recently someone asked to speak to me on the way to the parking garage
after work. I;d not spoken to this guy (other than saying hello) since tsitioning at work a
year ago. A few years ago I sold him a motorcycle while still working as Scot. He sees me almost daily.I braced for a negative experience.Instead he told me how courageous and brave I was, and an inspiration to people. Commented on me pressing on, coming to work each day and so on. He mentioned my behavior being a benefit to people sitting on the
fence, or still behind the fence. (An unusual choice of words) While acknowledging he can;t
imagine what it is like for me, he offered to be an ear to listen should I need it. Gave me a big bear hug, and took off.What a complete surprise I thought, as I wandered on to my car.
